Hello, Dexy

The bot is now called Dexy, and its prefix is d!: d!help, d!stats and so on. Servers that never changed the prefix can keep typing the old one for now; servers with their own keep it.

• Stats: messages, voice, members and invites, as charts (d!stats) and leaderboards (d!top). The member chart draws its line through times Dexy was offline
• Live counters: channel names that count members, boosts and more, each on its own schedule

• Moderation with cases, timeouts and temporary bans that end on time
• Auto-mod with timed lockdowns
• Appeals for members who were banned
• Logging of joins, leaves, messages and more

• Welcome messages, which can delete themselves
• Auto roles: join roles, temporary and delayed roles, and activity roles
• Reaction roles that heal themselves: deleted messages posted again, missing reactions put back

Dexy picks up where it left off after a restart, an update or a lost connection: join roles for members who joined meanwhile, reaction roles checked, timed lockdowns and temporary bans ended on time, and log entries posted.
